1. Return Window
   You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Process
   To initiate a return, please contact us at support@savionza.com with your order details and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. Return Shipping Costs
   Return shipping costs are free for all eligible items. We will provide a prepaid shipping label once your return request is approved.
4. Refunds
   Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
